- Source of wealth letter (Accountant or Lawyer)

3. Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority (VIPA) Approval

- Any conditions or restrictions imposed by VIPA
4. Financial and Business Plan
- A comprehensive business plan outlining the proposed gaming operations
- A detailed financial plan, including projected revenues, expenses, and profit margins for the first three years of operation
- Proof of sufficient financial resources to support the business plan, including bank statements and financial guarantees (Letter from Accountant or Lawyer)
5. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- A copy of the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies and procedures
- Details of the company’s responsible gaming policies and procedures
- Evidence of the company’s commitment to complying with Vanuatu’s gaming regulations and any other relevant laws
